Increase overall student performance on LinkIt Benchmark Assessments by 10% by the end of the school year through the implementation of targeted instructional strategies, curriculum enhancements aligned to standards, updated academic resources, and increased family and community engagement initiatives.
Foster the development of the whole child by cultivating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment measured through improved student engagement, attendance, and social-emotional learning survey data while implementing school-wide practices that promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
Foster a sense of school pride and belonging by actively engaging students, staff, and families in school-wide initiatives, events, and communications that highlight our traditions, core values, and collective achievements.

Increase communication to all stakeholders regarding all things RBCS through the use of global calls, social media, the school website, and email.
Develop school-wide behavioral expectations and restorative practices to support the social and emotional development of all students to ensure a positive school culture.
Review, adapt, and make accessible the school curriculum to ensure proper sequence and pacing supportive of academic achievement across all content areas resulting in increased state assessment scores.
